The fire and cycle sounds for the 91/30 currently do not work. This pull request will replace the reload, cycle, and fire sounds with the ones from PR. The reload sound is stitched together from a few different PR Nagant sounds.
This isn't intended to be long term, but rather to be a "quick fix" while I work my way through the Soundshaders system, as it still uses the old sound system for now.
edit: Oh, I also forgot to mention, but it removes the extra weapon inside CfgPatches, as it doesn't actually seem to be defined.
