[SUGGESTION] Improved position configuration #34

I propose sliders for X and Y position in addition to numeric input.

Currently, positioning the minimap requires some guess-work. The map scale being a slider with no numeric display value and drawing origin of the map being in the center don't provide numerical information about the total screen position offset being required. Thus leading to guesswork. With sliders for X and Y in addition to their numerical inputs, it would become more intuitive positioning the minimap, with the immediate feedback of the minimap changing position.
