Version check not allowing theme to run on 4.14.0+ #9

After 4.14.0 version check doesn't allow theme to run, which is problematic for a fork that is made specially to run on Outfox

This is speculation but the official upstream repo for Simply Love now supports OutFox (0.4.14.1 and up) which is likely why this was abandoned.
