Rewrite modsbuilder to be function-oriented #6

The current modsbuilder is using outdated syntax and should be updated to better reflect the modern Kitsu paradigm.

Honestly, modsbuilder should not be using object-oriented coding. It would be better to stay function-oriented for it.

Still object oriented, but it's way better than it was now thanks to removing the branching system
