Getting the voltage reader to work #20

removed the batteryMonitor functions and added function to read the solar panel voltage off of pin A1 on the boron. Still taking suggestions for how to calculate the percentcharge though - that isn't perfected. However, it successfully publishes the voltages into the google sheet.
