Sure but can't use iOS 13. I need to upgrade my app for iOS13

Does anyone here have the knowledge or resources to build a better version of that framework? I’d be willing to support it financially too - I couldn’t find any existing alternative

Hello, apple announced that all SDKs must run on iOS 13 in April 2020, this question can't be solved by finding a lot of methods. I don't know if I can ask for your help, thank you.

Xcode has been updated to version 11.4 beta 2

ITMS-90725: SDK Version Issue - This app was built with the iOS 12.2 SDK. Starting April 2020, all iOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS 13 SDK or later, included in Xcode 11 or later.
