[Suggestion] FTB Chunks support #3

Chunk Deletion should support FTB Chunks so claimed chunks never get deleted. (Technically already possible with the Timed trim command, though not as precise)

If you do get to that, maybe also add OpenPartiesAndClaims support? I found it more feature-rich than FTB Chunks.
