Problems with Server Data > World Data

Minecraft version: 1.7.10 Chunk-Pregenerator version: 4.4.7 Singleplayer, no mods other than NEI/CCL/CCC.

When you try to delete something, problems arise:

1. Mobs are just not deleted from the Entities section, and the chat says “Removed 0 [Mob]”. Although they are perfectly deleted from the Chunks section.
2. When deleting any blocks from the Blocks section, kicks out of the world and writes the following error in the log: https://pastebin.com/nmD42D2P Although, if we take furnaces as an example, they are successfully deleted from the Tiles and Chunks sections.
3. When trying to delete, for example, any mineshaft from the Structures section, kicks out of the world and writes the following error in the log: https://pastebin.com/V55pahjy

Also, nothing happens when trying to teleport to any structure from the corresponding section ¯_(ツ)_/¯
