Glowtronic crystal doesn`t charge hotbar items, as it stated in its description.
problem occured on latest version of ic2c 1.19.2, 2.0.9.2. in the description for Glowtronic crystal stated, that klicking while holding this crystal will recharge items in hotbar. But problem is - nothing happens after doing it. Is it problem on our side or something with code?
