Miner with Pump will get Stuck on Seagrass #936

Powered Miner-Pump setup with Big Ranged OV Scanner. Will get stuck when it encounters Seagrass. forge 1.19.2

That setup also can't dig kelp. In my case, it's pumped water blocks, but when it need to dig kelp, all pumped water blocks are filled back and pump need to pump them again. If i destroy kelp by hand, all is ok.
