feature request - tool tip for layers #9

when I hover over the palette boxes would be good to know what they are

pdcontact - connects between p diffusion and metal ndcontact - connects between n diff and metal

Should we keep using the same layer names as in magic? or do we want more friendly names?

I added tooltips for pdcontact/ndcontact.

Feel free to add a "description" field to any other layer of interest. These are defined in src/model/layerTypes.ts
