Check only till section named "GDS Action" #104

The gds action does not pass for any wokwi design, After debugging multiple designs, I observe that The verilog generation for these wokwi designs is inconsitent and incomplete, This is reflected in the error logs as shown in image below GDS_logs.zip

The sections below the title GDS Action were not started at all since my project failed the GDS action and hence the discrepancies as if it were directly spec doc statements. Now that I got my Project ready with GDS clean, I will edit the document with clear guidelines.
