Minor UI improvement suggestions #15

  1. In the Commander, provide a link to this repo (maybe also link the footer commit ID).
  2. Provide a link (say, on the REPL tab) to the SDK and the guide on tinytapeout.com
  3. On the REPL tab, mention that Ctrl+Shift+V is required for pasting into the REPL -- or is that only on Windows? What about macOS with CMD+V?
