repo link should include the commit that was taped out #20

so when you open the repo you are at the correct point in time

This means that the documentation in the repo link may not be the most recent (since people tend to update the docs after tapeout). But since the alternative is to potentially view HDL that is different from what was taped out, I guess linking to the specific commit is still the better option.
