physical clock button no longer works

select design 54 (factory test) on tt3p5 leave clock at 0 enable phsycial input dip 1 press the physical clock button (doesn't work)

press the 'clock once' command app button - works

yes, well I just tried with tt04 silicon and it's the same as above.
