Unclean state post disconnect #8

After doing a disconnect from the commander, it's in some unclean state. screen /dev/ttyACM0 connects, but is unresponsive. Ctrl-D gives me OK> but no love. Would be nice to be able to connect to REPL afterward, without reset/unplug.

Finally grokked that Ctrl-B is a way to get out of that. Still would like to see it happen on 'disconnect'.
