Windows Face Code Refactor, Improvements #31

Refactored Windows Clock Face drawing into functions and removing unnecessary structs. Added Battery Widget to the face. Updated once per minute. Single-Tap now shows/hides the Clock's Toolbar and Menu (mimics the behaviour of the OG clock).
