Placing energy blocks next to energy pipe does not automatically connect #68

if you place down a machine that accepts or extracts power next to/on top of an energy pipe, it does not automatically connect. however placing an energy pipe on the machine itself always works. the energy entity might have to push energy itself rather than relying on the pipe to extract
