TIQR-451: Upload bundle when merging PR #56

This is the first step to have this repo upload a new internal testing build to the Google Play Store once a PR has been merged. We are already doing this for eduID. We will probably need to add some secrets to the repo to have it all working, but we can figure those out once this is merged.
