Formatting issue in error message when already enrolled #47

On the iOS tiqr client, when a user tries to enrol with a userId that is already present in a profile, an error message is presented (error_enroll_already_enrolled) with garbled text:

"You already enrolled with the identity for the service "

where it should read the identity displayName and identity Provider displayName.
