Color picker / Context menu out of viewport #42

When the TVP menu is opened all the way, the wider context menus can extend past the viewport and be cut off. image

This is relatively minor since the user can make the menu smaller AND having the menu open all the way I assume would be fairly rare since it doesn't look very good.
