I made one comment about units. Once that's done we can merge this work. We'll also need the celery task, but that can come in a later merge if necessary.

I believe the task is already implemented. I thought I posted a comment about it but I see it didn't go through. Anyways, see the following: https://github.com/TireSwingSoftware/openassign-server/blob/dev/pr_services/tasks.py#L19 Though I'm not sure where it is scheduled to run daily.
