Display of IAB ad, Two-Part Expandable #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the mraid2part.expanded.zip to get the ad unit
2. Prepare and Flight the ad using the tool
3. Ad does not display

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
* Ad should display and should respond to and generate resize events.

This ad unit has been deprecated in favor of the IAB compliance ads, however 
the most recent update includes changes that should make this ad work better as 
well.
