Add Devanagari udatta and anudatta marks to Tiro Gurmukhi #41

https://www.unicode.org/Public/UCD/latest/ucd/ScriptExtensions.txt includes 0951 ; Beng Deva Gran Gujr Guru Knda Latn Mlym Orya Shrd Taml Telu Tirh # Mn DEVANAGARI STRESS SIGN UDATTA 0952 ; Beng Deva Gran Gujr Guru Knda Latn Mlym Orya Taml Telu Tirh # Mn DEVANAGARI STRESS SIGN ANUDATTA Should these be added to Tiro Gurmukhi? None of my Sikh contacts have been able to confirm the use of these, and expressed surprise regarding them since Gumukhi has its own udaat sign (U+0A51).

I am guessing use of these characters in Gurmukhi might be limited to Sanskrit transcription?

Despite lack of evidence that these are actually used in Gurmukhi, I am going to add them to the fonts for compatibility with Unicode Script Extensions.
