Added new config value to keep progress on reset #28

Added new config value "Keep progress" (default False) that skip the resetting of progress on game restart if true

Hey, thanks for the PR.

I've been working on a huge refactor and simplification of the mod so that new features can be added, I will pull this in once my refactor is ready for v2

I have made sure to include it in my v2 branch, so I can confirm it will be a part of v2
