We need documentation to outline what is needed from the Ability System and why it is important to be scalable. Outline some potential future use cases for the system so it can be created in a way to accommodate it. Relates to : #7

Ability System Wiki page has been created. Set to in review as there may be changes needed once we get to actually implementing it.

There we some changes that needed to be made but otherwise the system is presented exactly as described in the documentation.
