MyoFInDer fails to detect some obvious nuclei on bright multi-channel images (see below the result of the computation).
It is likely due to the filter in charge of removing the scale bar before computation (here in the code).
As it is a bad practice to use images with a scale bar for analysis anyway, this feature will simply be removed.
Users will have to correct manually the scale bar region if a scale bar is present and generates false positives.
