This PR contains three distinct and independent minor improvements to the code:

The base path is now declared in a simpler way in start_myofinder.bat (8fb7e97b)
The execution of the module is now contained in a main() function in __main__.py (be2a1eee)
A number of classes in the module were renamed to match the PEP8 specification (193fc32f)

This PR does not bring any improvement to the way the module itself behaves.
