Since #40, the predefined WiX "Advanced" user interface template was being used for the installation of MyoFInDer on Windows. This predefined user interface presented two major limitations:
It was not permitting the modifications that would be needed for resolving #20
It was not permitting the modification of the installation path
To address these limitations, the use of a fully custom user interface had become necessary. This PR introduces this new UI, which replaces the previous one. A number of files were added containing the source for the custom UI, as well as a few graphical elements. The GitHub workflows were also modified accordingly.
