This PR updates the version of MyoFInDer from 1.0.9 to 1.0.10. The only changes between these two versions are a typo fix in the documentation, and the addition of an automated tests suite for automatic testing of the module. These tests are automatically run by GitHub actions at each new PR, direct push to the main branch, and every first day of the month.
