Provide a way to clear controlled sims #23

It might be use full to be able to clear all controlled sims. This could be provided by either a interaction or a cheat console command.

User Stories:

If I load a previous save, and the sims that were known in the later save are unknown but present in the previous save, they still show in the panel. (This also occurs if you load an unrelated game but the sim ID's are the same) While this isn't a huge problem, it can be if you have no way to clear the list while in game. Say for instance one of the sims in question who is not known to the current household is at work, you need to wait for them to get off work, summon them to where you are, then release control. It would be nice to have a function in the active household to "clear all control". If those sims aren't in game, then there's no issue. Perhaps under the controlling sim's "action" tab a "clear control" function? Worst case now is that I still have to exit, delete the .json, and reload the save.

This should no longer be an issue and the feature is not required as the mod clears all sims when the active household is switched.
