Piece SFX, TGM randomiser, small tweaks for gamemodes

• Added piece spawn SFX
• Added TGM randomiser (aka "his" in Techmino)
• "Race" mode is now 3 next and 8 lock movements
• some other small changes that i dont remember

in future could add audio toggles, but everything else is fine, I'll make sure changing 7bag to 7-bag is not disastrous
