Necktie description shows wrong bonuses #204

From divine-pride the description is like this:

A salaryman's necktie worn as a headband.
Vit + 1
When equipped with [Blush], Attack Speed Increases(Delay after attacking reduces by 3%),Variable Casting Speed reduces by 3%.
Hit -5. Sp Consume increases by 5%.

Ours says SP consumption "decrease" where it should say "increase"
