Selling items has a long delay #21

[5:15 AM] RoadhogsButt: selling items always has such a long delay before they are removed from your inventory and you get the zeny [5:16 AM] RoadhogsButt: i hope that's not exploitable i.e. being able to drop items before thay are taken out and still get the zeny

Fixed on test server, DB performance optimization.
