Prontera guides mark location of non-existent job changer. #66

Prontera guides will mark the building south-west of the central fountain (with the teacher inside) when asked about a "job agency".

Steps to reproduce;

Talk to any Prontera guide
Select "city guide" > "yes" > "job agency"

For information for people reading this, this is where the Clan NPCs are normally located. We have support for Clan system, but it's untested and we don't have a way to join one yet.
