Redo Injection Subsystem and Command

We need to replace the Solenoid with a Servo in the Injection Command.
By default, this subsystem should run a command that puts the servo ALL the way to the back position ( deactivate() )
When the trigger (attack button 1) is pressed, the servo will move back and forth with 1 second delay.
