SkyUI Group Equip not working on right hand #107

Basically, anything except magic that equips to the right hand (left click) refuses to equip via the SkyUI quick menu groups assigned to hotkeys, including bows. I have not tested 2h yet as I do not currently have one available to my character. I've even tested with left/right claws properly equip set to remember which hand and the left equips (right click) but the right does not. Setting anything to the standard keybind instead of the group keybind equips properly to the right hand. Setting the group to unequip hands does not fix the issue but will properly unequip if nothing is in the group.

Completely fresh install; just got my character to level 4 mostly by discovering places and the first few quests of the Explorer Guildmaster alternate start. I was headed into Silent Moons Camp when I noticed it because this was the first real combat I'd had where I had set up equipment sets on the quick menu.

So, I noticed another problem. I was checking some configurations in the MCM and noticed that CCO's drop down lists for mining and gems were blank. This gave me the idea that something may have corrupted my save file and I started a new game to check. The new game has none of the problems of the original save. I'm not really that far in so I'm not that worried about it, but hopefully it isn't something in the list causing save corruption.
