Vampire stun lock in daylight #51

I started as a vampire and as soon as I get caught in daylight, I get staggered repeatedly and cannot move my character. A yellow bar appears above my health that looks like it's continuously filling/spazzing out.

Was previously fixed by removing ''weakness to sunlight'' console command
