Unable to download Skyrim_Default.ini #60

I have an issue when downloading the modlist as it says it cant continue because it is unable to download Skyrim_Default.ini

I tried to run Wabbajack as administrator and with firewall and windows defender disabled, doesn't change anything.

Here is the log file from when I try to relaunch Wabbajack and try again to install the modlist : Wabbajack.current.log

Game was not set in English in steam parameters.
