Combat behavioral bugs #93

On the most recent version 2.4.0 ( clean installation of Skyrim and the list) there are some combat behavior bugs that happen between npcs , npc followers and npc bandits.

First issue and the most important: Whips,claws,as well as npcs who use bound whip (thalmor agents and high elf agent bandits who use this spell) will either be stuck trying to draw out their weapon, attempt, and keep switching to fist combat, a vanilla weapon type, axes, sometimes will fail a lot of the time , successfully being used for a few strikes , but the npc will go back to punching. Claws sometimes work, but the same behavior happens. I have noticed that all other weapons seem to be okay, but I have made multiple post about this and also screen recording this live

Second issue :

The blood gift spell you get in castle volkihar from the wood elf merchant that replaces the vanilla heal undead will insta kill you on some vampires npcs (not serana) and death hounds, and sometimes other undead listed npcs, a fixed I found was to edit the SPID ini mod you have in the list is removed the link for asupex and mockery of life

Third issue I can report :

Even tho the dragon priest unhostile mode is downloaded, sometimes , such as the priest for the end game college of winterhold quest, won't attack, strangely enough if you remove the staff of magnus from its inventory , disable the priest and enable, he will start.

Please let me know if you have any work around that I can use for the first issue as the second and third i can live with. Thank you again for creating such an amazing modlist and hope this information serves you well
