[x] Implemented HTML/CSS/JS linters.
[x] Implemented Webpack boiterplate.
[x] Implemented the test environment.
[x] Created a header with a navigation bar.
[x] Added a logo and some basic styling.
[x] Added a footer section.
[x] Added basic styling to the footer.
[x] Added homepage and modals sections.
[x] Displayed meals by category on the homepage.
[x] Added comments popups with API integration.
[x] Added count along with comments list.
[x] Added the Likes functionality .
[x] Added unit tests to the counter functions.
[x] Deployed the project on GitHub Pages.
[x] Record a presentation video on Zoom.
[x] Edited the README file.
[x] Fixed linters errors.
