Description:

Create the appointment booking page where patients can input symptoms, receive doctor recommendations, and select time slots from a calendar picker.

Subtasks:

[ ] Build symptom input form.
[ ] Display doctor recommendations based on ML analysis.
[ ] Integrate a calendar picker to choose appointment dates and time slots.
