Deliverables:

[x] Separate layout for the routes
[x] Topbar
[x] Side navigation
[x] Util function for merging classes
[ ] Reconsider how icons are added

I am still determining the group naming convention. (auth) is for the auth stuff and (app) for the rest. I am not fond of it, but I lack a better idea. @thedevelobear, any thoughts?
