feat: add user authentication [gh-7]

This PR is still in progress

• kickstart script works
• it is possible to log in to admin in fuisonauth (http://localhost:9011/admin)
• it is possible to access config under :9011/.well-known/openid-configuration?tenantId=8d1d9577-624f-9870-7119-7f5e3ae44be2
• after clicking login there is a redirect to fusionauth login page
• after clicking on fusionauth's login button there is an error
