[BUG] People - add employee page font sizes are wrong. #96

Actual result: Fonts sizes are wrong for:

  1. Add employee header -> 16px
  2. Cancel button -> 16px
  3. Save as draft -> 16px
  4. Activate Employee -> 16px
  5. Continue button -> 16px
