• [x] When instances are expected to be taken from controller vocabularies, we should specify that in the Definition and mention Getty thesaurus as an example of vocabulary.
• [x] Split instances from ontology definition, choosing the appropriate namespace for the instances, a namespace for use case.

• [x] Adding equivalence to SKOS in the mapping file.

For subjects, I would refer to the "Library of Congress Subject Headings (LCSH)". This reference has been added to the documentation of the core ontology.
