Virtual Collection Offers Don't Display On Certain Items Within the Virtual Collection #465

Within this virtual collection...

...offers on the virtual collection are displayed as I'd expect on some items, such as...

But access controlled content within Documents like this, which are in the same instance of the virtual collection, do not display the offers...

Note: For whatever reason, I've only seen the issue on journal issues, not other Documents.
