Filtering by User Status Doesn't Seem to Work #484

Report from Robert Clark at TRACE below. I was able to reproduce on their site (https://s2101585966-admin.tizrapublisher.com/admin/main).

So anyhow, on the "Individual Accounts" screen, I'm trying to narrow to a list of deactivated users. I see the dropdown currently labeled "All users". I click on it and select "Deactivated users" from the dropdown list. Half a second goes by, then nothing: The user list is the same as before, and the dropdown label still (again?) says "All users". I also see that Account Status isn't an available property in the "Filter List" process. Am I missing something, or is this a bug?
