"Search" command adds contacts to the search results, rather than actually search

What is seen:

• "Search" adds matched results to the "Search Results" panel instead of just filtering all results to the criteria we want
  • This is not stated anywhere in the documentation

Expected:

• For it to behave like a "normal search" where search results I want are filtered based on my filters

Team's Response

In the tip box, it is written that "You can chain multiple searches to get the full list of contacts you are looking for...", where we intend to convey the idea that users can add search results on top of existing search results. However, we recognise that this may be unclear and could have been better phrased.

Nonetheless, the success message in our app mentions "Added xxx contacts to search results", which again suggests to users that our search mode will add results to existing results. As such, such information is less important in documentation and can be added into our UG in a future iteration. Thus, we decided to classify this as response.NotInScope.
