Merge ubuntu into master to include ubuntu theme #30

The ubuntu theme is the same as the radiance theme, but then with a single, slight improvement: transparency. It might seem inconsequential, but if you squint, little artifacts are visible in the radiance theme due to white corners not being transparent. This theme fixes that issue.

AppVeyor PR CI failed due to a read timeout.

Update: This timeout occurs when installing the pillow dependency.
